Analytics and Artificial Intelligence

The Analytics & Artificial Intelligence sector in the Philippines is relatively young but it is not to say that the Philippines is lagging behind its ASEAN neighbors in adopting it. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and, to a much larger scale, Analytics, is indeed a critical and emerging field in the Philippines. In a 2020 study by Kearney and EDBI entitled, “Racing Toward the Future: Artificial Intelligence in Southeast Asia”, it was revealed that while AI adoption is still in nascent stages in the region, AI is expected to be integral to the future growth of the region. In the Philippines, 54% of respondents believe that the country is piloting initiatives within discrete activities. The same study estimates a 12% uplift in the Philippine GDP by 2030 which is equivalent to US$ 92 billion.

Given the value at stake, the Analytics Association of the Philippines is committed to growing the Analytics & AI sector of the country.
